Where do I pick up keys for my accommodation?
As we offer serviced apartments we like you to take the lead. We don’t have reception areas which help us keep our costs low and pass on this benefit to you, our customer. We provide your accommodation keys in a secure locker. The location and pin codes are sent to you 48 hours in advance of your stay.
Can I park at my accommodation?
Our properties – Alexandra Place have dedicated parking areas.
Is your accommodation pet-friendly?
We do allow up to two dogs at Granfield House at a cost of £15.00 for the first dog, and £5.00 for the second per night. We do not permit dogs to be left unattended.
How do I report an emergency issue with my accommodation?
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that you, our guests, have a fabulous stay, very occasionally issues may arise. In the case of an absolute emergency please ring 07773 142 118. During daytime hours our guest relations email email@example.com is the best means of contact.
Will there be any tea or coffee left at my apartment?
All accommodation has tea, coffee, milk, sugar and jams to start you on your stay.
